To achieve our growth objectives, we are looking for a dedicated Presales Coordinator to strengthen our commercial department.

Role Overview:

As a Presales Coordinator, you’ll join our Corporate & Public sales team and work closely with internal AllPhi stakeholders and potential clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals. You’ll design and present tailored solutions and project plans that address these needs and demonstrate the value and benefits of our .NET consultancy services.

A key aspect of this role is your experience in responding to tenders. You will ensure our proposals meet specific client requirements and administrative guidelines and effectively position our solutions against competitors. This also involves strategically highlighting our consulting services and the secondment of .NET specialists.

In addition, you’ll support the sales team technically and administratively by analyzing incoming requests and matching these projects with our consultants.

Acting as a bridge between the commercial and technical aspects of our business, you will play a crucial role in the sales process and customer satisfaction. You’ll be guided by the Sales Manager for our Corporate & Public segment and will join a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate strategically with the sales team to map out client needs.

  • Identify and understand the needs of potential clients and translate these into the most suitable technical solutions within a clearly defined scope that brings direct value to our clients.

  • Design and present custom solutions that highlight the benefits of our services.

  • Address technical questions and client objections during sales activities, in coordination with our internal technical specialists.

  • Respond to tenders and requests; ensure our proposals meet formal requirements and that our solutions stand out from the competition.

Your Skills:

You are commercially driven with a strong technical background, knowledgeable in .NET, general IT consultancy, and software projects. Essential skills for this role include:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of software development, processes, and best practices in IT consultancy.

  • Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills, crucial for persuading diverse stakeholders and influencing decision-making.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, given our diverse client base.

  • Market Knowledge: Insight into the market, competitors, and client segments, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights.

  • Problem-Solving and Proactivity: Able to quickly and effectively respond to evolving client expectations and technical challenges.

As a Presales Coordinator, you will have a full-time position, reporting to the Sales Manager for our Corporate & Public segment. Flexibility is key for us: you can work from one of our offices or combine locations, depending on your preference and internal collaboration.
