Due to our impressive growth, we are seeking a dedicated F&A Manager to strengthen our team.

What does the role entail?

As F&A Manager at AllPhi, you will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations and shaping the overall financial approach of the company. You will contribute to the planning and execution of financial initiatives aligned with organizational goals. As part of the F&A team, you will work closely with the CFO and be responsible for weekly financial reporting.

We expect you to have a broad interest and affinity with various areas, including Fleet, Facility, Payroll, Legal, and HR administration. Experience in Finance is a requirement, with a demonstrable track record being essential. Additionally, we expect you to have a driven and entrepreneurial mindset, being enthusiastic about tackling challenges and finding innovative solutions.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide a financial/HR team of three individuals, fostering a collaborative and high-quality culture.

  • Design reporting processes for existing tasks and optimize them, including mapping existing reporting practices.

  • Collaborate in a cross-functional role to optimize financial processes, promote effective communication, and simultaneously bring more structure to ongoing contracts.

  • Willingness to travel to our other offices and establish personal connections is required.
