Due to our impressive growth, we are looking for a motivated Regional Consultant Coach (RCC) to strengthen our team in the East/West Flanders region. Our core belief "AllPhi enables the next generation software developers" serves as the starting point for your success!
What does the role entail?
As an RCC, you are involved every day in creating an optimal match between the expectations and ambitions of our developers, challenging client assignments, and the unique AllPhi culture. The Regional Unit Manager will engage you to work on the technical aspects with our consultants, both newcomers and more experienced colleagues. Your main tasks include conducting technical screenings of candidate consultants, contributing to the design and monitoring of internal technical training programs, and providing technical support and challenges to consultants.
To support the matching process, you will also be responsible for conducting technically complex intake interviews for potential end-client assignments, preparing consultants technically for their interviews with clients, and preparing the matching between consultants and assignments (in collaboration with sales).
In summary, as an RCC, you contribute to ensuring that we recruit the right consultants, train them according to best practices, and match them with the most suitable projects. Thus, you become an essential link that directly contributes to the practical implementation of our mission statement.
Your key responsibilities at AllPhi:
Conducting technical screenings in the recruitment process.
Guiding and training new and experienced software developers in the latest technologies.
Developing customized training programs for various profiles.
Maintaining and improving internal training programs.
Actively contributing to automation processes, supporting consultants on assignments, and managing the IT support platform.
Your skills:
You are a passionate senior .NET developer with extensive professional experience. Thanks to this comprehensive practical experience, you are a true expert, and you enjoy inspiring, challenging, and guiding others with your expertise. Additionally, you maintain a continuous interest in everything happening in the .NET landscape and software development in general. Experience as a trainer/coach is a plus.
In-Depth Knowledge of Consultants:Thorough knowledge of our consultants, including their experience, project preferences, and personalities, is essential for this role.
Effective Team Player: You are a valuable team player who excels in collaboration, both with colleagues within the organization and external partners. You have the ability to listen, work in a team, and achieve collective results while effortlessly adapting to a dynamic environment.
Experience as a Trainer/Coach: You have experience in training and coaching both novice and experienced colleagues in new technologies and developments.
Continuous Interest in Technological Developments: You maintain a continuous interest in everything happening within the .NET landscape and software development in general, making you a valuable source of knowledge for our team.
