Due to our impressive growth, we are looking for an experienced Regional Unit Manager (RUM) for our successful office in Ghent. As a RUM, you will oversee the .NET consultants and the team responsible for recruiting, onboarding, monitoring, and guiding them. What does the role entail?
As a RUM, you ensure the efficient operation of the consultancy team in your region. You have a passion for guiding developers and take responsibility for their personal development, alongside the technical coach. You support the sales team in matching assignments with consultants, ensure good communication and collaboration within your team, and with other Regional Units and overarching services within AllPhi.
You are part of the Management Team at AllPhi, where you report on the results and follow-up of consultants in your region. You implement the strategy and contribute to the realization of our mission and vision.
Your key responsibilities at AllPhi:
Communicating the values and norms in line with the company's mission and vision.
Maintaining a healthy dynamic within the group of software consultants in your region.
Matching the right assignments to consultants based on their growth trajectory.
Guiding consultants in the choice of their training paths.
Making the final selection of the right profiles for software consultants.
Reporting progress and results in accordance with the objectives and budget.
Your skills:
You are a passionate senior .NET developer with extensive professional experience. Through this extensive practical experience, you are a true expert, and you enjoy inspiring, challenging, and guiding others with it. Additionally, you have a continuous interest in everything happening within the .NET landscape and software development in general.
Connectivity with People: Your healthy drive to connect with people enables you to build close relationships with our software consultants.
Leadership Skills: You possess the necessary leadership skills to guide, challenge, coach, and motivate the Regional Unit team.

What we offer:
The RUM is part of the management team and works closely with the CFO and CEO. You will receive a suitable compensation commensurate with the responsibilities you undertake.
