Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at AllPhi, you play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support the company's growth and strategic goals. You are responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and successfully onboard the best candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing potential candidates through physical and online channels.
Scheduling interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
Keeping the ATS accurate and up-to-date, in compliance with GDPR regulations.
Taking personal initiatives for “Employer branding” to attract high-quality applicants.
Fostering long-term relationships with former applicants and potential candidates.
Ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
Your Skills:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator who excels in sourcing and recruiting talent. Key skills include:
Recruitment Expertise: Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Consultant or similar role.
Social Media Skills: Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
Full Cycle Recruitment: Hands-on experience with the entire recruitment process using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
Persuasion: You are challenged by convincing candidates of our unique strengths. You understand the world of IT consultants and know how to excite them about a career at AllPhi.
Role Overview: Understanding the various roles our consultants perform within the organization is essential.
